Verification run for an air-gapped xpander installation. It should be done as an org admin in the install's U and a read-only kubectl commands. When all pass, the installation is verified and can be declared ready for the application layer.

1. Platform and images

Steps

1. kubectl -n <namespace> get pods
2. kubectl -n <namespace> get pods -o jsonpath='{range .items[*]}{.spec.containers[0].image}{"\n"}{end}' | sort -u
3. Settings → License.

Expected

• Every pod Running and Ready, fleet-executor-0 included, no image pull errors.
• Every image comes from the customer registry, none from Docker Hub.
• License page shows the edition, expiry and enabled features; validation works with no internet access.

2. Sign-in

Steps

1. Open the app URL, sign in with the initial admin.
2. Sign out, sign in with SSO as a corporate user.
3. Settings → Team.

Expected

• Both sign-ins land on the agents page.
